No Return, No Refund Policy

At NoHotWire, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and professional installation services tailored to your needs. Due to the custom nature of our work and the significant resources involved, we have a strict No Return, No Refund Policy that applies once installation begins. Please carefully review your order and project specifications before confirming your purchase.

Return and Cancellation Eligibility: Before Installation Only

  • Returns Before Installation: You may request a return or cancel your order prior to the start of installation. To do so, please contact our customer service team at 866-664-6894 ext 1 the day prior to the scheduled installation date. Cancellations done before the day of installation will receive a full refund.
  • Same-Day Cancellation Fee: Cancellations requested on the scheduled installation date will incur a $100 cancellation fee to cover administrative and logistical costs already incurred, such as scheduling and travel preparations.
  • Same day cancellations include: changing your mind prior to, or after the installer showing up on the scheduled day, not having the vehicle available for installation, customer not showing up without prior notification.
  • No Returns or Refunds After Installation Begins: Once installation starts, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for products or services, except where required by applicable law. This policy reflects the significant time, expense, and irreversible processes involved in the installation process.

  • Travel to Customer Site: Our team invests significant time and expense traveling to your location to perform on-site assessments and installations tailored to your requirements.

  • Irreversible Product Modifications: Products are often custom-modified or permanently altered during installation to fit your specific site or needs. These modifications render the product unsuitable for resale or reuse.
  • Administrative and Technical Effort: Our team dedicates substantial administrative time to managing the technical aspects of your project, including planning, coordination, and ensuring compliance with installation specifications.
These factors represent a significant investment in each customer project, making it unfeasible to accept returns or issue refunds once installation has started.

  • All Sales Final After Installation Begins: Once installation starts, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for products or services, except where required by law.
  • No Exceptions for Change of Mind: After installation begins, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect selection of products or services.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective product or an item that does not match the agreed-upon specifications, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of installation completion. We will review such cases individually and, if applicable, may offer a replacement or refund as required by law.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify that the product and installation specifications meet your needs before installation begins. We encourage you to review all project details, consult with our team, and ask questions to ensure an informed decision.
  • Legal Compliance: This policy complies with California and Arizona consumer protection laws. In regions where refunds or returns are legally required (e.g., for faulty goods or misrepresentation), we will adhere to those obligations.
