These Terms and Conditions govern your use of [nohotwire.com]. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & Installation

We sell and install the Ravelco Anti-Theft Device in vehicles equipped with ignition systems (gas or diesel only). We do not support electric vehicles.

Installations are performed by certified technicians. We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle is incompatible or poses an unusual risk.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other third-party gateways. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an installation with 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Refunds for products are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to inspection or approval.

4. Warranty

The Ravelco Anti-Theft Device includes a product warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. Warranty does not cover misuse, damage from accidents, or unauthorized tampering.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We make no guarantees that the Ravelco will prevent all theft attempts. While it is highly effective, no anti-theft device is 100% theft-proof.

NoHotWire.com, its owners, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of property, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of the Ravelco system.
